Audit Representation Package - $60
— Exclusive package offered only to clients having their returns prepared by us. By paying this flat-fee, we will represent you in the event of an IRS audit. CPAs are afforded unlimited representation rights before the IRS, meaning that we can represent you on any matter involving audits, payment issues, and appeals, regardless of whether we prepared your return or not - this is usually a bill-by-hour arrangement otherwise. Uncredentialled preparers, by comparison, are limited to representing only returns they have prepared and are limited in interaction only to IRS revenue agents, customer service representatives, and similar employees, including employees in the Taxpayer Advocate Service.
IRS Letter Service
Included in all returns prepared by us is no-charge work on any IRS letters received related to such returns.
Corporate Transparency Act BOI Filing - Initial Filing $100 + $75 per Partner and Filer ($100 is for initial filers only).
New Federal legislation that is currently under debate as the constitutionality, and under injunction (frequently bouncing in and out of that status), that requires nearly all enterprises to register with the FinCEN. We can help in investigating whether or not you are required to file, aid in the filing process, as well as guide you on ongoing compliance requirements.
Compliance, Tax Planning, and Tax Controversy
Pricing will be decided on a negotiated hourly or value-added rate.
-
Bookkeeping & Accounting services are priced based on the size of the business, complexity of transactions, level of work involved, and diversity of services requested. Therefore, we cannot offer any one-size-fits-all base price with exception to hourly rates, as stated below.
However, base services include transaction review, recording of all cleared checks, reconciliation of bank and general ledger accounts, and (adjusting) journal entries. Any additional services, such as payroll, inventory tracking, variance analysis, financial statement preparation, etc. will be tailored based on your needs and priced accordingly.
Books requiring substantial corrections, containing backlogged/imbalanced reconciliations, and otherwise requires extensive time “cleaning the books” will incur fees billed by the hour, billed at $115/hr, unless otherwise agreed-upon if special considerations are warranted. If such an event is triggered, the client will be notified and will need to provide signed acknowledgement before any formal work is to begin. This will be considered a separate engagement, independent of regular services, and must be completed before regular services are to begin or continue. This can be triggered after regular services have started as well should client actions create such an environment in which extensive corrections would be required.
